No Heat Checklist

Before You Call…

• Check that the thermostat is set for Heat and turn up
• Make sure the furnace switch is on: Usually location at bottom of basement stairs.
• Check that the filters are clean and not too restrictive.
• Make sure ice & snow are not blocking outdoor furnace vents
